As a valued contributor on the Process Optimization team, you will provide expert advice and team guidance on process related activities for Enterprise Operations .
The Shared Services Operations - Process Improvement - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Operations processes and translate findings into actionable changes for teams
- Participate in designing and lead the implementation of strategies to improve processes.
- Create, maintain, manage, and report on process artifacts
- Support Operations in uncovering opportunities for automation and technical solutioning brainstorming
- Foster Lean Management culture through training and mentoring
Minimum Required Experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from a recognized institution
Desired Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering
- Experience leading process improvement projects involving process and technology focused enhancements leveraging core Six Sigma tools.
- Experience developing process diagrams using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) or other similar standards.
- Strong data analysis proficiency, with an ability to manipulate and transform raw data, leveraging Minitab or a similar statistical analysis tool.
- Experience with Change Management
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Provide management with analysis and reporting of collected information about team and organizational processes.
- Translate findings into actionable changes for teams or groups.
- Review reports of results from changes in processes.
- Maintain existing process improvement programs and continuously support customers.

- Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives

- Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS
- The group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict
- The group of skills related to Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
- The group of skills related to Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
- Ability to frame ideas as systems and analyzing the inputs, outputs, and process
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
- Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion
