As the Financial Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial operations in the United States. Your expertise will contribute to our growth and ensure the success of our mission.
This position is based in Watertown for now until we move our R&D home site to Lexington, MA.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including cash reconciliation, expense budgeting and control, fixed asset management, and depreciation control.
Prepare accounting and comprehensive financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Collaborate closely with the global finance team to prepare consolidated financial analysis.
Assist the global finance team in managing financial operations, including cash management and banking functions.
Contribute to the annual budgeting process at the consolidated level.
Ensure compliance with US statutory requirements and handle tax filings.
Fulfill any other duties as assigned.
