Your Role:
As a Team Member - Maintenance, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds while maintaining the industrial equipment needed to manufacture our vehicles within a Reliability Centered Maintenance environment. The successful Team Member - Maintenance applicant will have comprehensive industrial maintenance experience, including, but not limited to, Mechanical, Welding, Machining, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance, Conveyor systems, and the ability to read and comprehend drawings. Furthermore, the successful applicant must be flexible, willing to take on challenges, grow professionally, and willing to teach and learn from others.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience maintaining industrial and automation equipment.
- Minimum of Eighteen months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and comprehend mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulic drawings.
- Use of specific tools such as welding equipment and metal working equipment such as milling machines, grinding machines, drills, lathes; pipe cutting, threading, and bending equipment.
- Use of small hand tools.
- Team player.
- Good overall computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Windows® 10.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Flexibility in rotating shifts.
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed Industrial Mechanic/Millwright/Plumber
- Proven expertise with industrial mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Experienced in troubleshooting industrial equipment.
- Experience in automotive industry.
- Experience with Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Basic knowledge of Control Systems.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
