This Role: We are seeking a passionate individual to join our organization and revitalize our record keeping and bring more organization to our Global IT Infrastructure technology and improve global team collaboration. The successful candidate for this position will play an instrumental role in the Information Technology future of the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  The following responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing a scalable, high-performing platform with tested methodologies and tools of iterative, asynchronous development.
• Global IT infrastructure design and implementation and assess it on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet industries standard.
• Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase global team collaboration, improve operation efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
• Act in alignment with Engineering Department support and system functionality to contribute to global organizational requirements.
• Implement the global ERP, ECM, SCM, PLM and EDI software for the existing and new facility/factory.
• Maintain the IT equipment, servers, routers, switches, cluster
• IT security protection, risk management and disaster recovery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Broad technical expertise that will inspire and encourage creative, collaborative problem solving
• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years on Global IT infrastructure implementation experience.
• Major ERP, ECM, SCM, PLM software implementation experience.
• Great team leadership with great service-oriented character
• Mandarin language fluency is a plus to enable good collaboration with our colleagues in China
• Travel to Implement the IT system and provide training at our sister company sites.
• SAP, Oracle, Linux cluster server, Windows Server, SQL server, VPN, VLAN, SharePoint, Cisco router, Office 365, PDM, PLM, Visual Studio, .NET 2.0, security system and data encryption.
