Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst

ArborOne Farm Credit, an agricultural lender, provides loans to farmers and rural residents in 12 counties in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. We are a cooperative, which means we are in business to benefit our customer-owners. ArborOne strives to remain the lender of choice dedicated to providing agricultural lending and farm related services to rural families within our territory. We are also part of the nationwide Farm Credit System, a financial cooperative owned by its member-borrowers that has been serving the credit needs of rural South Carolina since 1916.

ArborOne Farm Credit is seeking a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst to refine and mature its internal data analysis and reporting needs. The company is seeking an individual with experience in data analytics or data management who can effectively translate practical business needs into technical report requirements. The successful candidate will have a history of report and dashboard develop ment that provides internal company stakeholders the information they need to do their jobs and meet the needs of ArborOne customers more efficiently. This individual will be responsible for: performing a wide variety of analytical and reporting work for the Association. The job responsibilities include data aggregation and management, creating reports, developing and maintaining dashboards, ad‐ hoc analysis, and performing statistical analysis and data interpretation. The Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across ArborOne to generate standard or custom reporting solutions summarizing business data for use by in making business operations decisions, performing monthly reconciliations, and other business needs as they are identified. Must be self-driven with proven communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications
Qualified applicants will have: a Bachelor degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in one or more reporting/dashboard platforms (SSRS, Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI, e.g.) or the willingness and ability to learn new systems. Must have the ability to translate business needs into technical report requirements, be detail oriented, have the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and communicate effectively across varying levels of technical expertise and navigate stakeholder interactions with a high degree of professionalism. A strong aptitude and willingness to learn the systems and reporting needs of the Company is required. Proficient in MS Office and standard professional office technology.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing data within an electronic data warehouse is preferred. Related work experience in report writi ng/data analytics with preference given to candidates with database reporting experience.
