While agriculture is the passion of our customers, the Farm Credit loan processing team does not require an agriculture background. The Loan Processor assists in day-to-day loan processing and loan administrative functions. Provides lending support to carry out the accounting process, systementries, produce loan documentation, and adhere to compliance procedures for the lending function. Delivers a positive experience to both internal and external customers.
Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation processing and duties while adhering to company policies and procedures
Possess a high degree of self-motivation and initiative to accomplish responsibilities under limited supervision
Demonstrate a positive approach to work assignments,eliciting confidence from the others
Interact effectively with a diverse group of people and ability to engage others in a team setting
Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent with two year’s professional work experience
Thorough knowledge of computer software applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of credit and accounting policies and processing procedures (preferred)
Must be organized, detail oriented, be able to set priorities, multi-task, and own responsibility for results and ensure data integrity
Minimal travel may be required for training purposes
