Responsibilities of the Automotive Billing Clerk:

  • Break down and review all deals to ensure paperwork is complete.
  • Bill out new and used car deals daily.
  • Post wholesales and dealer trades.
  • Post daily funding notices and finance reserve statements. Mail out lien payoff checks the day funding is received·
  • Clean New and Used inventory schedule daily.
  • Backing up and assisting the Ford billing clerk.·
  • Review phone messages and email daily. ·
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
