ob purpose

To manage all activities pertaining to the ordering, receiving, storing distributing and payment of Food and Beverage goods for all operations of the restaurant to deliver an excellent guest experience and to maximize profitability.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage food and beverage purchasing operations within budget and to the highest standards
  • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the restaurants
  • Analyze cost of sales, requisitions for proper quantities, and product
  • Monitors requisition activity to ensure that all requests are handled and processed in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring that adequate inventory and product is available to meet the company's needs.
  • Maintains inventory controls for proper levels on all items, accurately forecasting usage and costing models
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation.
  • Completes period end inventory.
  • Interacts with kitchen staff, vendors and Executive Chef.
  • Protect the assets of the restaurants.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
