Insurance Sales Agent

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options all while being mentored by one of the top agents.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs

- Assess client's current coverage and provide recommendations for additional or modified policies

- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses

- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly basis

- Side-by-side work with your mentor and becoming self-sufficient in the process will build your confidence and skill level.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to negotiate and persuade clients effectively

- Knowledge of benefits administration, market trends, HIPAA regulations, and insurance products

- Experience in retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales is a plus

- Valid insurance license

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
