Responsibilities
- Understand client insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Explain insurance options, coverage details, and terms to clients
- Assist clients with insurance applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Manage policy renewals, reviewing coverage and making updates as needed
- Guide clients through the claims process, providing support and advocacy
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and excellent service
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales or client-facing background preferred.
- Insurance experience beneficial but not required.
- Must exhibit trustworthiness, reliability, and ethics.
- Coachable mindset essential.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills needed.
- Strong interpersonal communication crucial
- Motivation and determination are vital
