We're looking to grow our Farmers family with motivated, driven agents who are hungry for success and ready to embark on new sales opportunities across Texas!

Our goal at The Kritikos agency is to be a family. We grow together, learn together, and have fun together.

We're searching for the right candidate with the following:

  • Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
  • Hold a valid and current Property & Casualty License in Texas
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision and quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software
  • Complete continuing education courses

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
