Farmers Insurance - The Wertzberger Agency is a 15 yr, award winning, Agency with Farmers Insurance and looking to continue the growth of our staff by adding two additional Agents.

Agent role would consist of soliciting and selling insurance products offered by Farmers Insurance. Insurance products offered by Farmers Insurance include home, auto, renters, life, and business insurance. If you have over the phone sales experience, this opportunity is for you!

The Agent role would include a base salary plus commission for policies sold. Additionally, the Agent role would have the opportunity to receive commission when previously sold policies renew every year. This causes a significant growth in income year-over-year!

To assist in the success of the Agent, the Agency provides training on products and sales techniques. Additionally, the Agency provides leads for the Agent to call on in addition to the Agent's own marketing programs (natural market, events, etc).

The Agent would be required to carry licenses in Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. Prior insurance experience not required but preferred. Farmers Insurance to provide online studying materials to assist in the passing of licensing exams.

  • Work hours for the Agent position would primarily be 9-5 PM during the week but may require outside work hours based on prospect's availability to connect/meet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
