No prior experience necessary – will train the right person
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet with prospective and existing clients
- Process customer policy change requests
- Verify and update client contact information
- Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, payment processing, and sales inquiries
