Grade Requirement:

? A qualified student entering grade 12, entering or in college (Band, Theatre, Strings) and entering or in college

Compensation: Minimum Wage

Counselor in Training (CIT)

Grade Requirement:

? A qualified student entering grades 10-11 (MBC) and grade 12 (Band, Theatre, Strings)

Compensation:

? Compensation: 85% of min. wage for last week of work

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This is an application for Counselor or Counselor In Training (CIT) for the Farmington Continuing Education summer youth program offerings below. Please indicate which program or programs you would be interested in working in. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by the Program Manager and will receive an email and an initial offer letter.

Summer Program Offerings:

• Band Academy at West Woods (students entering grade 10 can apply)

Program Dates: June 17-28, 2024, 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (M-F)

• Theatre Academy at Irving Robbins (students entering grades 9-10 can apply)

Program dates: June 17-28, 2024, 9 AM - 2 PM (M-F)

Program Manager: Liz Donnelly

• Farmington Strings Academy at West Woods (students entering grades 11-12 can apply)

Program Dates: July 8-26, 2024, 1-4 PM (M-F)

Program Manager: David Kramer

• FIRST LEGO League at West Woods (students entering grades 9-10 can apply)

Program Dates: July 29-August 2, 2024, 1-4 PM (M-F)

• Food Explorers at Irving Robbins (students entering grades 9-10 can apply)

Program Dates: June 24-28, 2024, 9 AM - 4 PM (M-F)
