The Wardensville Garden Market grows more than vegetables! We are committed to creating advancement opportunities for Appalachian youth.

Through the Junior Crew program, we offer young people, ages 14- through 21-years old, the opportunity to strengthen skills, deepen relationships, serve their community, and get paid! We have seasonal and full year positions open across our 5 social enterprises: the Farm, Bakery, Restaurant (coming soon), Market and Glass Blowing Studio. 

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR OUR JUNIOR CREW WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
