Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to become an integral part of our Mobile Retail Team! You will be responsible for selling products and merchandise in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. Sales Associates at our Mobile Locations will work closely with the Manager to execute and implement retail store, warehouse functions, and daily activities. Equestrian experience is required. Potential to gain industry experience and grow with our fast-paced company.
Responsibilities Include:
Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Monitor inventory to ensure products are in stock
Enter and process customer orders
Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Manage collection on customer accounts
Build and maintain customer relationships
Job Requirements
18 years old and valid driver's license
Previous experience in sales, customer service
Equestrian experience (show experience preferred but not required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the equine industry
Be able to lift 50 pounds and be on your feet for extended period of time
Basic computer skills are a must
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
Must be self-motivated and hard working
A Big Plus:
Hunter / Jumper, Dressage, Polo, or Racing experience
Knowledge of common retail processes and functions, including cycle counts and inventory tracking
NetSuite Software knowledge
Vet Techs, recent grads, grooms or tack store associates strongly encouraged to apply
