Farnsworth Group is seeking a Sr. Water/Wastewater Engineer reporting to our Bloomington, IL office with the flexibility to be based in either our Champaign, Lisle, Peoria, Springfield, Tinley Park, or St. Louis, MO office. In this role, you will be focused on water/wastewater/stormwater project management, as well as the planning, design and management of various civil engineering projects.
Job Activities:
- Manage, support, and build relationships with clients
- Perform process design and execution of water and/or wastewater treatment projects from the conceptual phase through design completion
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Participate in business development activities and proposals
- Perform condition assessments/audits
- Develop critical project objectives and performance goals, interacting with clients on technical matters as needed
Specific Requirements include:
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- 15 or more years of Water/Wastewater Process Engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Strong project management, communication and organizational skills
