Shift: Swing
Purpose:
Operating coating line machinery and application of fusion bonded epoxy powder at maximum efficiency and maintaining all CRSI requirements. Generating highest quality product and performance.
Major Duties Performed:
- Efficient set up, operation, monitoring, and general oversight of steel/rebar coating machinery.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by increasing product quality through validation of machine accuracy.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance of the equipment.
- Ensure a safe work environment through best practices, including promoting all safety policies and guidelines.
- Manage assigned paperwork in regards to process control and quality control.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 12 months powder coating line experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and writing in English.
- Ability to work in a team environment with others in our company and treat our employees and customers with respect, courtesy and tact.
