Responsibilities :
- Generateleads by making cold calls to potential investors and explain theproducts / services offered.
- Thoroughly followthe sales process with prospective franchisees and gather essentialinformation such as location investment capacity and desired startdate.
- Execute monthly and yearly salesobjectives keeping track of progress and providingreports.
- Pitch and explain the products topotential clients highlighting the benefits of partnering withFashion TV.
- Create an impact for franchisepartners in multiple cities through effective communication andpresentation skills.
- Provide 360degree brandsupport to franchise partners from the initial stages to ongoingoperations.
JobDescription :
- Act as abrand ambassador for all brands represented ensuring successfullaunch and operations of outlets acrossIndia.
- Travel within India if required toidentify suitable properties handle legal matters plan layouts hireand train staff and develop marketingstrategies.
- Build awareness for the brand inrespective territories and provide necessary tools to achievegoals.
- Design standard operating procedures andservice guidelines for thefranchise.
- Coordinate with vendors negotiatepricing conduct audits and maintain high client servicestandards.
- Collaborate with the marketing andsocial media teams to maximize brandexposure.
- Work closely with human resources tofacilitate staff hiring and retention.
- Maintainstock and handle product orders on a monthlybasis.
Requirements :
- Proficiencyin English.
- Basic knowledge of FashionTV.
- Strong business network and familiaritywith CRM tools and dialers.
- Good understandingof client acquisition negotiation skills and franchisee businesssales and operations.
- Passionate aboutachieving financial success and gainingfame.
- Graduate in Business Management or HotelManagement.
- Proven track record of 5 years infranchise sales business development or operationsmanagement.
- Willingness to travel attend tradeshows and conduct market visits.
