What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaping Laborer position at Fast Lawnscapes?
Fast Lawnscapes in Palmetto FL is looking for Landscape Laborers who work as a unified team under the direct supervision of the Landscape Supervisor. Among other duties, landscaping involves planting, sod installation, constructing retaining walls, paver placement, installing plant materials and mulch, as well as grounds maintenance and debris removal. Landscape Laborers are responsible for completing landscape installation jobs of high quality in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Previous landscape installation employment experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors during extreme heat
- Physical fitness levels to perform job tasks
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds
Expectations:
- Comply with and obey all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
- Read and follow all company established plans, material lists, and guidelines
- Work as part of a team and take direction from management
- Use all tools, equipment, and machinery properly and in a safe manner
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
- Work effectively with peers of differing background and knowledge
- Punctual, courteous, reliable, and responsible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
