The Occupational Health Account Coordinator (AC) will be a key member of the core client account team is responsible for overall satisfaction and retention of the employer services book of business. The Occupational Health Account Coordinator (AC) will manage the day-to-day relationships with external client contacts within the enterprise and will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries and requests, and act as a liaison between various departments within the organization to address client issues or concerns. The Occupational Health Account Coordinator (AC) will have an offensive strategy for interpreting data trends, leading utilization efforts and intercepting potential service issues.
This is a fully remote role with quarterly travel to our support office in Franklin, TN. You must live in one of our 6 states (Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama) and be able to work Monday-Friday 8-5pm CST.
What You Will Do:
Education:
Associate's Degree in health or business-related field
Experience:
2 of business-to-business account management or sales experience, with a focus in healthcare
OR
1 year Urgent Care / Occupational Medicine account management or sales experience
