Fastest Labs is looking for team members with exceptional customer service skills, acute attention to detail, high energy, and an extremely positive attitude to join our rapidly growing company. Our Screening Technicians perform DNA testing and pre-employment, DOT, random and post-accident drug and alcohol testing for small to large businesses and individuals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Perform certified urine, alcohol, saliva, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA specimen collections.  Quickly and accurately record and process specimens, ensuring all information is accurate, requested tests are ordered, and collection procedures are followed while maintaining proper chain of custody.  Collect payment from clients and record services in clinic log and database.  Prepare lab specimens for transport and submit appropriate paperwork to receiving parties.  Report results of urine, hair, alcohol, fingernail, hair follicle and DNA tests to the client using the appropriate reporting protocol.  Answer phone calls and follow up on website leads professionally and accurately presenting Fastest Labs and its services to prospective customers.  Maintain a clean and safe work collection environment, in compliance with industry protocols.  Monitor clinic and testing supply inventory.

Desired Qualifications/Attributes:  Experience in customer service and/or conflict resolution.  Previous experience in drug and alcohol collections.  Ability to communicate in a professional and customer service-oriented manner.  Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and email programs.  Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.  Highly organized with strong attention to detail.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Requirements:  Must have reliable vehicle, proof of current insurance and a valid driver’s license.  Must be able to arrive at Solon or Willoughby clinic within 30-minutes of being called for after-hours testing. Must be comfortable handling urine, saliva, hair, and nail specimens.  Ability to lift 25 pounds.  Must pass a background check.

Job Description As Certified Technician and member of the Fastest Labs team you will be one of the faces of our company. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to, performing clinical drug, alcohol and DNA collection services at our clinics, at client locations, and for after-hours emergency testing. Other duties relying heavily on excellent customer service-related tasks to include handling client calls, online inquiries, and emails regarding testing and pricing, greeting clients as they arrive at our clinics, following up with our service providers and vendors to deliver test results in a timely manner. Other duties will include data entry as it relates to client testing, inventory management, supply ordering, marketing activities as needed, and light cleaning. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
