JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator works with and reports to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. This position entails working with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing messages that improve brand awareness and achieve business goals. The Marketing Manager will coordinate marketing and community events, assisting with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns, creating original content, and conducting market research.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to create and deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, content marketing, and community events
- Use multiple sources of data to identify trends and consumer behaviors that could affect the design of a campaign
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
- Supports sales presentations, campaign updates, project management, and communication between the project team and clients
- Act as the communication nerve center for multiple projects, ensuring timely and consistent correspondence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing
- Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- A firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Must have a high level of creativity
- General interest in health care and science
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
