At Fastpath, we strive to treat each customer as if they are our only customer. As part of the Customer Education team, you will coordinate the creation and availability of on-demand training to our customers. This includes assisting the training team with the need, timing, and format of training creation and updates. The position also includes performing day-to-day functions in our learning management system (LMS) such as consolidating content into courses, overseeing shared material, and reporting on the performance of various offerings.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for content administration in LMS
  • Performs day-to-day functions within the LMS such as assigning required learning modules, creating/uploading online courses, and maintaining system functions.
  • Works closely with unit super-users, trainers, and administrative staff on entering data, pulling reports, and performing other functions in the LMS.
  • Identifies newly required or out of date training materials and coordinate updates with trainers.
  • Maintains shared training resources.
  • Basic project management to assist with course and curriculum development
  • Administrative items as needed by team
  • Assist or lead special projects or additional tasks to assist team in reaching goals.

 

Required Experience:

 

  • Experience training others to use specialized software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Ability and willingness to work independently, with limited supervision 
  • Experience working with customers.
  • Experience working on software implementation and/or organizational change projects.
  • Great oral and written communication skills along with an ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients
  • Base understanding of internal processes and operations for successful adoption and implementation of software and processes
  • Eagerness to learn

 

Preferred Experience:

 

  • 3 years of experience with training, LMS systems, and content administration
  • Experience in a SAAS environment
  • Proven experience self-motivating within a high-performing, fast-paced team
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Technology, Education, or related field
