We are hiring for a facility maintenance technician in Green Cove Springs
Pay is $18per hour
Position is to perform maintenance and repairs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five years’ experience in facilities general maintenance.
- Skill in troubleshooting basic electrical and lighting control systems, plumbing and HVAC.
- Skilled with drywall and painting
- Excellent organization, time management and project management skills
- Ability to use tools, materials, and equipment common to the trade.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Make repairs to walls, ceilings and floors as needed.
- Perform various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Inspect the buildings and grounds to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions and advise supervisor of needed repairs.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Responds to on-call and after-hours emergency situations.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned.
