Summary/Objective
The Fayetteville Woodpeckers are seeking a Coordinator, Creative Services. The Creative Services Coordinator will serve as a designer for the Club and will work with the creative team to conceptualize and design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support Marketing and Fan Engagement efforts through the ideation and design of forward-thinking creative concepts and graphic elements that coincide with the Fayetteville Woodpeckers brand. This position will also work interdepartmentally with other areas such as Special Events, Ticket Sales, Retail, Community Relations, etc. in addition to assistance throughout game days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with Creative team to annually review and enhance/develop the brand identity and season-long look for the Club.
- Design original elements including but not limited to:
- Logo Creation
- Digital Advertising
- Signage
- In-Stadium Graphics
- Promotional Items/Packaging
- Collateral
- Other projects as assigned
- Create, develop and administer graphic and digital content for a variety of applications.
- Assist with social media content keeping it fresh and up to date.
- Capture engaging player content that can be used in marketing materials promoting the brand.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for advertising and video campaigns and other advertising/marketing efforts for the Club.
- Help develop a content calendar.
- Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots.
- Work alongside seasonal Graphic Design team.
- Assist with Ballpark Entertainment team during Woodpeckers home games when needed.
- Performs duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be highly creative, possess strong initiative and be detail oriented.
- Exceptional ability with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of video editing a plus.
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to provide clear direction and concise feedback when reviewing work.
- Knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Good copywriting instincts and proofreading skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships, work and contribute to a team-based environment and deliver excellence in client service.
- Ability to work extended or unpredictable hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Premiere.
Work Environment
Job may require employee to function in a in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue/environment. Employee may also be exposed to weather of varying degrees for extended periods of time while performing the duties of this job.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
