As a Lead Senior Designer at FBC you will be both creating and selling projects and leading our interior and senior designers as they build relationships, create plans, and sell projects in preparation for our remodels.
Job Details
Be directly involved in the sales process by creating and pitching design concepts, and reviewing all closing details of final design, close official signing.
Assist our Senior Designers and interior designers responsible for details like construction notes, 2d and 3d renderings, and materials selection.
Train and develop our design team in relational sales, building rapport, capturing a homeowner’s vision, and building trust.
Upon learning the “FBC Way” generate new ideas to enhance the homeowner experience and satisfaction.
Oversee weekly design meetings with Senior and Interior Designers
Exercise Strong active listening ability for delighting each homeowner with design plans.
Accountable for achieving design sales targets and growth for the entire office.
Requirements
4 plus years of sales, construction planning, interior design experience.
Familiar with blueprints, drawing up construction notes, and communicating estimates.
Must be currently proficient in a design program such as Chief Architect, 20/20, Revit, or AutoCAD.
Proven leadership aptitude, sales success, and coaching ability.
Achieve a working knowledge of our software of choice, Chief Architect before start date.
The desire to learn and execute the FBC Remodel design/sales process.

Starting responsibilities will include 9 months of functioning in our Senior Designer role.
As a Senior Designer, you will be expected to reach a sales target of 270K per month.
Must have a driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
Base Salary Range
70,000 – 90,000 Commission
Commission
Expected Commissions – 35,000 – 70,000.
1% of Total sales paid out quarterly.
Starts after 90-day onboarding is complete.

Salary : $105,000 - $160,000
