FBC Roofing was founded in Oahu, Hawaii about 13 years ago! Our first Utah location in Lehi opened about 3 years ago, and has been thriving. Since coming to UT, we now have 5 locations across the state: Ogden, Cottonwood, West Jordan, Lehi, and Provo with plans to continue with our fast-paced growth.With that, comes many opportunities for growth and leadership in our company. Each of our current general managers started as a Sales Representative that worked their way up into running their own office!

We are, of course, a roofing company; and we specialize in Insurance Restoration Roofing, meaning we work with the insurance to help homeowners recover expenses related to their roof replacement, which is a win-win for the customer and the company!

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Google Suites
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Typical work schedule of Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Proficient in Excel, word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Willing to learn OSHA and roofers safety. Ability to speak to a group and provide training. Handle and distribute any production paperwork. Perform some clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls for our Utah offices
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Assist with Administrative duties
• Run errands for General Manager
• Note taking, list making, organization!
• Report to Executive Assistant with any high-level matters
• Maintain contact lists.
• Maintain office supplies inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Attendance bonus
• Bonus opportunities
• Overtime pay

• Honolulu, HI 96819: Relocate before starting work (Required)
