Job Description

FBH Architectural Security is seeking an Estimator and Project Manager to join our team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the project from start to finish. This includes reviewing RFP's, takeoff and estimating projects, detailing projects, managing the project schedule, and ensuring the project is on-time and on-budget. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and has excellent organizational skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for meeting deadlines, providing quality customer service, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Commercial Frames, Doors, and Hardware preferred.
• Experience with eMullion or similar project management software preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and external contacts
• Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
