The Vault Clerk is responsible for overseeing and managing the loan vault.
Location: Collinsville Loan Processing, 717 Vandalia St., Collinsville, IL
Shift: Full-Time
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES:
Coordinates courier runs twice daily.
Keeps vault in organized condition.
Updates and maintains loan file tracking system.
Prints labels for new loan files.
Pulls and checks out files for audits.
Answers requests for files or copies of documentation.
Scans files.
Performs other tasks, functions or other projects as assigned.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Time-management and ability to meet deadlines
Attention-to-detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Physical capacity to lift and move heavy files
Ability to stand for long period of times
