Have an interest in baking? Flour City Bread Co. seeks motivated, energetic persons to join our highly skilled team of bakers. Experience not required. We will teach you the art and science of sour dough bread baking.

Highlights:

  • Must be an early riser (the bakery operates from 3am - 3pm)
  • Some heavy lifting (them flour bags weigh 50 lbs)
  • You will be on your feet a lot (good shoes help)
  • Enjoy a fast paced production environment (we're very busy and you gotta move)
  • We prefer candidates in search of a career (growth opportunities abound at FCBC)
  • Must take pride in your craft
  • Full and part-time options
