FCS Financial is looking for someone who enjoys and excels in economic analysis and lending strategies. If you have experience in and have a passion for economic analysis and lending strategies plus are proactive, independent, driven, apply now! The person in this position is part of the Credit and Executive Loan Committee and provides economic analysis and assessments of macro-economic events that impact agricultural enterprises and agribusinesses relevant to the association loan portfolio. This includes researching and evaluating trends and quantifying risk profiles for enterprises which includes crops, beef cattle, poultry, swine, dairy, service-related companies and food processors. As the leader you would mentors, train and help direct staff on specialized loan servicing projects. This position requires expert knowledge of financial ratios, interpreting financial statements, and an understanding of the impact of current events on agricultural operations. Preferred office location for this position is Jefferson City and Columbia, Missouri. All other FCS Branch locations including a remote office environment will be considered based on the candidates' qualifications and needs. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field and 7 years of related experience is required.
