Qualifications:
* Degree in business administration or computer science * At least 5 years experience in a similar role * Knowledge of SQL Server, Excel, mastery of ODBC, mastery of matrix functions. * Knowledge of the distribution industry (an asset) * Experience with Fidelio ERP software or any other ERP (an asset)Responsibilities:
* Manage IT development projects (system customization, implementation of new features, addition of implementation of new functionalities, addition of complementary software) * Creation and maintenance of Excel reports built with SQL queries to complement the the Fidelio ERP system * Provide support to users (user creation, rights management, general technical support to users) * Be the resource person for all stakeholders and suppliers of IT solutions (Fidelio ERP (Fidelio ERP developers, network technicians, specialized consultants, etc.) * consultants, etc.)Benefits:
