YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A COMMUNITY JOB RETENTION SPECIALIST

Well, howdy there, Community Job Retention Specialist! You're the go-to guy or gal at our human services nonprofit for providing all kinds of support and counseling to our HERO Dads participants in their new jobs. That means you solve work-related and transitional benefit issues like a boss, while also being a shoulder to cry on for any personal or social problems that might come up. And hey, if they need some extra help, you hook 'em up with referrals for resolutions!

But wait, there's more! You also rub shoulders with all the bigwigs in the community and keep our employers happy as a clam. You're the one making sure everything's running like clockwork and resolving any issues that might pop up along the way. Coordinating with our team of job developers, you keep everyone in the loop on the latest job retention info and keep track of all that juicy job placement and employment retention data in Salesforce and other high-tech case management systems.
