We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Normal, IL.
Requirements Include:

- Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers forming and maintaining positive relationships
- Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or General Manager
- Provides direct supervision for hourly employees
- Responsible for all “Final Mile” logistics functions (from last mile delivery hubs to people’s homes) for your designated sites.
- Communicate, coach and train Final Mile delivery locations in all aspects of proper product handling and assembly to meet quality improvement goals.
- Drive operational excellence, delivering quality and cost effective solutions that exceed member expectations.
- Qualifications:
- Two years of experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have MS office experience.
