Operations Manager

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager in Normal, IL.

Requirements Include:

• Quality and safety compliance management involving company policies and procedures
• Interacting with the customer on a daily basis, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Various reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers forming and maintaining positive relationships
• Other tasks delegated by the customer and/or General Manager
• Provides direct supervision for hourly employees
• Responsible for all “Final Mile” logistics functions (from last mile delivery hubs to people’s homes) for your designated sites.
• Communicate, coach and train Final Mile delivery locations in all aspects of proper product handling and assembly to meet quality improvement goals.
• Drive operational excellence, delivering quality and cost effective solutions that exceed member expectations.
• Qualifications:

• Two years of experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or Supervisor
• Attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have MS office experience.
