What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at FedEx Ground PH US?
Responsibilities:
· Develop curriculum and training materials for classroom trainings, e-learnings, and job-aids
· Develop and update Computer Based Training through Articulate Tool’s Storyline, Canva, Adobe Premier Rush or other content creator software.
· Develop training plan for affected stakeholders
· Administer Learning Management System (LMS) system to track employee training participation and progress.
· Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
· Update existing classes with new course dates or create a new class to track training conducted.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, rules and regulations for training
Required Skills:
· 5 years of experience developing training material, videos, and infographics for online and classroom trainings
· Experience using content creation software (Articulate tool, Canva, Adobe Premier Rush or similar) to develop training material
· Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
· Ability to lead/facilitate meetings and/or workshops
· Has strong analytical skills and able to take action/resolution on issues
