What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Designer position at FedEx Services?


  • Under limited supervision, this position partners with lead designers to create intuitive and engaging customer and/or user experience designs for digital products and services based on a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with customer/user experience researchers to support user research and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with other designers, customers, and product managers to identify solutions that improve the user experience.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
  • Experience with SAFe/Agile
  • Figma Software

Work Location/Domicile:
  • This position will be in Collierville, TN.
  • The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business needs.

Relocation:
  • Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in user experience, visual, interaction or graphic design or related field.
  • Three (3) years' experience in digital customer/user experience or interaction design.
  • Demonstrated experience with design, wireframe and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and analytical skills.
  • Directly related experience may offset degree requirements.
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.
