To Provide Assistance To The Legal Staff In Carrying Out The Corporate Legal Mandates. Assures The Day To Day Flow Of Documents And Information, Develops And Administers Control Systems And Procedures For Corporate Use In Monitoring Legal Activities.
Bachelor'S Degree/Equivalent. Paralegal Training And Certificate Required, Preferably From An Aba Accrediated Institution. Four (4) Years Paralegal Experience. Excellent Research And Writing Skills. Strong Organization, Human Relations And Communications Skills.
