Cargo Claims Agent

To handle claims in an equitable and legal manner; to provide technical direction to assistants; to support claims associates and management.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Three (3) years of experience in a business related field. Customer service experience. Ability to type and operate a personal computer. Strong communication skills and human relations skills
