What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Agent/ Non DOT position at FedEx?
Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.
High school diploma/GED. ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
Non-covered safety sensitive Position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Part-time.
Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
