What are the responsibilities and job description for the LGG Security Specialist-Associate position at FedEx?

Position Summary:

Investigation, Analyse et Gestion des Risques

  • Analyser et trier tous les cas attribués à LGG Security dans l’eSIMS.
  • Identifier et établir les priorités opérationnelles.
  • Réaliser les analyses et les investigations opérationnelles en intégrant les règlements externes ou internes auxquels ils peuvent se rapporter (ex. législation Avsec, DGTA, …).
  • Mener les enquêtes opérationnelles sur tous les cas d’envois manquants sur le site de FedEx Liège.
  • Traduire les analyses de cas en recommandations proactives afin de dégager des actions apportant une plus-value au niveau opérationnel et sûreté.
  • Faire le suivi des nouvelles technologies et soutenir la gestion fonctionnelle des mesures de techno-prévention.
  • Initier et piloter des actions ou mesures de prévention sur tous les domaines de la Sûreté.
  • Conseiller la hiérarchie sur les actions à prendre pour atteindre ou maintenir la conformité avec la politique de sûreté de FedEx, avec tous les règlements et législations applicables.
  • Maintenir une confidentialité totale tant des investigations en cours que de leurs conclusions.
     
Communication et Reporting
  • Rapporter les résultats/renseignements obtenus de manière ponctuelle, précise et correcte selon les paramètres et standards convenus.
  • Rapporter l’information attendue selon les indicateurs de performance fixés.
  • Réaliser des analyses globales des incidents afin de dégager des causes récurrentes et de proposer des améliorations.
  • Aider et supporter toutes les propositions pour la prévention des incidents par rapport à la Sûreté sur site.
  • Assurer la gestion de la documentation et les informations concernant les enquêtes opérationnelles (Archivage, eSims)
  • Contribuer au développement d’un système cohérent de stratégie, procédures et d’audits pour le département Sécurité LGG.
  • Maintenir une communication excellente avec les différents départements
  • Assurer une communication et coopération constante avec le responsable du département.

Qualifications

  • Niveau d’études requis : Bachelier ou similaire par expérience  
  • 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de sûreté
  • Connaissance experte des systèmes informatiques de FedEx (Track&Trace, Quantum,
  • eSims, PCH, CCTV, access control, SM,…)
  • Connaissances informatiques: MS Office (excel et word)
  • Connaissances linguistiques: bonne connaissance orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais (doit  comprendre les mails en anglais et y répondre). La connaissance d’une langue étrangère
supplémentaire (espagnol, italien) est un atout.
