Position Summary:

Wir suchen für unsere Ramp am Standort Flughafen Hannover zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Mitarbeiter in Vollzeit für die oben genannte Position.
Eingruppierung gem. Flächentarif: Gehaltsgruppe IV des Gehaltstarifvertrages Niedersachsen
Eingruppierung gem. GBV zur Entgeltordnung: EU FedEx Grade 9
Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sicherstellung der Prozessabläufe gemäß der vorgegebenen Unternehmenskennzahlen und Zielen
• Führung und Förderung von unterstellten Mitarbeitern
• Personaleinsatzplanung gemäß Vorgaben erstellen
• Auswertung, Erfassung und Überwachung von Teamzielen und Teamergebnissen
• Einhaltung der das Unternehmen betreffenden Richtlinien, Prozesse und gesetzlichen Anforderungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Produktivität
• eigenständige Lösung auftretender Service- und Schnittstellenprobleme
• Unterstützung des Managements bei der Kommunikation und Interaktion mit internen und externen Kunden und Dienstleistern
