What You Will Do
Social responsibility is ingrained in the culture of many companies and organizations, including schools, non-profits, mid-size businesses, large businesses and Fortune 100 companies. U. S. Hunger partners with these companies to provide a fantastic opportunity to feed hungry people through our Hunger Projects. As U.S. Hungers Staffing and Travel Coordinator, you will have an integral role in ensuring that these projects are highly successful. You will be helping to provide critical food to families in the US and around the world who are experiencing hunger.
The primary responsibilities of the Staffing and Travel Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Ensuring each Hunger Project has adequate staffing levels to make sure each project is successful.

Making travel arrangements and creating itineraries for all staff attending Hunger Projects, while being a good steward of our non-profit dollars.

Working with our Finance team to ensure that all staff have the funds needed for travel

Supporting the planning, event logistics, and coordination of Hunger Projects.

(Out of state travel is required up to 30% of working hours)
