MPF Federal LLC. is seeking an Associate Researcher I (Human Learning) to provide support for a corporate university of the Department of Defense. This position entails evaluating and experimenting with new and emerging tools, methods, processes, and technologies that enhance learning outcomes and or learning experiences.

Salary range of $70,000-$100,000 based on qualifications and experience.
**Must be available during core hours of 9a-3p EST; On-site at Fort Belvoir, VA, or through telework up to 100% of the time on duty**
Job Function:
- Works closely with Mid and Senior level researchers
- Compile and manage research material
- Perform market research and provide documentation
- Analyze data and determine results
- Create measurement strategies
- Document findings, and results and determine next steps
- Conducts analysis and compiles reports
- Ability to generate and/or form research practices
- Conduct minor statistics
- Inputting data from surveys
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Knowledge of ePublication is helpful
- Knowledge or experience with AI, ML, and RPA
- An understanding of architecture communication is helpful
- Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain a Favorable Background Check
- COVID-19 vaccine and proof of full vaccination required
