CAD/Revit Manager
Feldkamp Enterprises, Inc is a Mechanical Contractor in need of a CAD/Revit Drafting Manager with knowledge of both AutoCAD and Revit software systems.
Knowledge of Commercial Construction, Sheetmetal, Plumbing and/or Piping a plus
Responsibilities will include the oversite of mechanical drawings and coordination for a team of sheetmetal, plumbing and piping drafters for new construction or renovations of commercial buildings in 2D and 3D renderings.
The Drafting Manager will also attend meetings with Project Managers, General Contractors and other sub-contractors involved in the commercial build and maintain project deadlines. Manager will help draw mechanical systems in plumbing and/or piping as required and needed.
Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience working in AutoCAD and NavisWorks, Revit experience preferred
Knowledge of Mechanical Contracting (sheetmetal, plumbing, piping)
Ability to read construction drawings and create 2D and 3D production drawings
Ability to lead and train a team while maintaining deadlines
Strong communication skills both in writing and verbal conversations
Work Schedule and Benefits:
This is a full-time, Exempt position which typically works a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Start times flexible (7:00am – 8:30am to 4:00pm – 5:00pm). This is an onsite position in Cincinnati, OH and not open for remote work.
Wages are competitive and based on experience.
