Job Overview:
Fellowship seeks a high-energy, Biblically sound, experienced relational youth pastor with a huge heart for students in the 5th-7th grade to join our healthy staff team. The successful candidate will have experience teaching youth and a proven track record of leading a thriving student ministry. A great fit with our staff team is essential.
Duties:
- Plan and lead engaging youth group meetings, Bible studies, and worship services
- Organize and oversee youth events, retreats, and mission trips
- Collaborate with other church leaders to coordinate activities and integrate youth into the larger church community
- Serve as a positive role model for youth members, demonstrating Christian values in all interactions
- Partner with parents in the discipleship of students
Qualifications:
- Seminary training (preferred)
- Growing walk with the Lord
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inspire youth
- Ability to present complex Biblical truth in a relatable manner for young audiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower youth and volunteers
- Experience leading a youth ministry
Youth Ministry at Fellowship:
Fellowship's youth ministry has continued to grow even through the pandemic. Currently, the ministry has 120-150 students any given Wednesday, necessitating the second pastoral position. Our staff team is healthy, experienced, and ready to embrace our next teammate.

Conway is situated 30 minutes north of Little Rock and around 2.5 hours east of Fayetteville. Home to three colleges, including the University of Central Arkansas, Hendrix College, and Central Baptist College. Conway is one of the fastest-growing cities in Arkansas and has a flourishing community, excellent public schools, and a growing home school community. According to the statistics, 15% of the population in Conway is between the ages of 10 and 19, meaning there are plenty of opportunities to reach middle schoolers in our town.
