ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Transport Residents and team members to designated locations in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
Respond to Residents' needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility and company vehicles.
Job Requirements
Start Date Sept 2,2024
Valid Driver’s License and class “B" CDL passenger endorsement.
Exemplary driving record.
Ability to work a variable schedule. Availability for evening and weekend work as assigned.
Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ability to respond to and work with a mature resident population, contributing to a warm, caring and supportive environment for the enjoyment of the residents/clients and to promote this philosophy to all team members.
