Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable - generate invoices to customers, update sell prices on parts and sales orders in our ERP system, review past due accounts, and follow-up with customers regarding outstanding invoices
• Accounts Payable - setup new vendors, collect W-9 forms, and serve as a backup for A/P entry
• Manage month end closing process by preparing and generating journal entries, reviewing actual vs. budget figures, and generating financial reports
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis; including bank statements
• Review daily banking activity and record entries for cash receipts and loan activity
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for year-end financial audit
• Manage the inventory cycle count process by investigating discrepancies, and working with production team members to resolve
• Review and perform inventory scrap and stock adjustments in our ERP system
• Collaborate and provide input on annual and quarterly budgets

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Accounting is required
• 1-3 years of related work or school experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse work load
• Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency with MS Office with an emphasis in Excel
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
