Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect and analyze products at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming materials. Inspect first piece, in-process production, and finished products.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as the Coordinate Measuring Machine and various gages to ensure accurate measurements
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with FDA regulations and internal quality control procedures
- Collaborate, within the company, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
Experience:
-Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) experience a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or precision manufacturing.
- Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
