Job Description:
The Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Lead, under the direction of the Project Manager and Technical Architect, will work with our implementation and managed services teams. The B2B Technical Commerce Lead will act as a player/coach by working as a lead developer, managing teams, and providing technical oversight. In addition, this role will lead our team of developers to determine technical solutions and best practices for Salesforce B2B implementations, perform code reviews, lead deployments, sprint planning and daily standups.

Responsibilities: Salesforce B2B Technical Commerce Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide technical direction and guidance, development oversight, and support the successful delivery of projects.

Conduct code review sessions; develop and maintain best practices and coding standards for the team.

Resolve technical problems related to Salesforce B2B applications and related integrations.

Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure the e-Commerce teams projects stay aligned with the needs of the business.

Mentor the development team.

Contribute to ongoing process and methodology improvements within the team. Qualifications: Experience -

The Salesforce B2B Technical Commerce Lead will possess the following education and qualifications or the equivalent:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent experience
6 years of software development experience required.
2 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B development (Lightning B2B preferred)
2 years of experience as a Technical Lead and/or Lead Developer
Expert in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flows.

Expert in back-end or front-end web development and related skills, including SOAP & REST services, object-oriented design, Apex & LWC, JavaScript, etc.

Experience in integration, build and deployment utilities, and best coding and implementation practices on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Proficient in using and managing version control through Git including planning & creating branches and performing merges
